In view of the fact that at the moment research funding on breast implant is being canceled, it is imperative to question oneself on which of the two is more important: the breast implant industry or human health?

Mr. Robert Guidoin PhD is presently the only researcher from the scientific community in Eastern Canada to have devoted his works and studies for this humanistic cause but he is suddently being denied the necessery funding to pursue his research on breast implants.

Info Implant Mammaire (Breast Implant Info) believes that negligence to allow funding for this specific research is as much irresponsible as neglecting to treat the victims of ruptured implants since the companies have failed, up to this day, to provide proof of safety with regards to breast implants.

Violence against women is a breach against human rights. Two world conferences given by the U.N., one on human rights in 1993 and one on the women condition in 1995, have recognized that violence against women is a violation of human rights.
