Good afternoon, Ms. Lambert.
I can understand some Mandarin Chinese, I tried to browse Cosmetic Surgery websites in People's Republic of China, and to my surprise, in comparison with commercial advertising websites on breast implants and other cosmetic surgery in this country, their descriptions on breast implants are exact and frank.
In short, they are conscientious. They frankly mention the merits and demerits of breast implants-- they state clearly that silicone bags have to be replaced in 5-8 years' time--and also an example of a miserable young lady's story who had collagen injected into both of her breasts, and in a few months' time, became very hard and had to get both of her breasts removed. They also clearly describe the chemical properties of silicone and warn that the poor quality silicone does much harm to human bodies and so on.
However, the Japanese web sites by plastic surgeons do not mention the dangers or demerits of silicone bags, so there is much necessity to enlighten Japanese women in this respect.
I'm not a transsextual woman, but I have a web site on transgenderism because I wanted to make an experiment on how many people will see something interesting in a short period of time. As I was seeing some of those transgendered persons' homepages they are seen by tens of thousands of people in such a short time as a month or two. Mine was produced at the end of January, and in the course of three months, about three thousand people saw it, that is a thousand people in a month!
I have also tried to pick up some of the famous Japanese plastic surgeons web sites for your inspection, even though they do not have many English pages. If I get more free time, I will be able to find out more sites to be examined by you or your husband.
